Style Space Interior (“we”, “us”) is an interior design studio in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us, fill in one of our forms (including forms in our Facebook and Instagram ads), or hire us for a project, and how we use and protect it. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We do not collect card numbers or bank login details. Payments go through your bank or payment app.
2. How we use your information
- To call or message you about your enquiry and answer your questions.
- To prepare your quotation, 2D/3D designs and project plan.
- To carry out, supervise and hand over your project, and provide after-sales support.
- To send project updates, invoices and receipts.
- To share offers or new work with you, only if you agree. You can opt out at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
3. Ads and lead forms on Facebook and Instagram
When you submit a lead form in one of our ads, Meta Platforms shares the details you entered with us. Meta’s handling of your data on its platforms is covered by Meta’s Privacy Policy. We use the details you send us only for the purposes in section 2.
4. Who we share it with
- Project partners: carpenters, contractors, vendors and installers who need specific details (such as your address and measurements) to work on your project.
- Service providers: tools we use for communication, design software, storage and accounting, under confidentiality.
- Authorities: when the law requires it.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
5. Photos of completed work
We may photograph or render designs of projects for our portfolio and social media. We never show your name, address or family members without your written permission, and you can ask us to remove any image of your home.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 2 years after our last contact, then deleted.
- Project and payment records: as long as needed for warranty, support and tax law (usually up to 8 years).
7. Keeping it safe
We store your information on password-protected devices and accounts, limit access to people working on your project, and delete it when it is no longer needed. No method is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect it.
8. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or update it.
- Ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law.
- Withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time.
- Raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
